Very rude employees, mostly one in particular. I tried to ask a question about an unlabeled plant and was not able to get the employee to help me understand the word she used. I was the only customer, there were 2 employees, but neither seemed interested in actually helping me. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this at Country Nursery. Too bad. A good store but with terrible employees.

DO NOT VISIT THIS NURSERY. Prices are decent but customer service is TERRIBLE. There is an older lady at the front desk who is SO rude and seems to be irritated at the customers. I am not sure if this is only towards people of color, but I will give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she is like that to everyone. There is an older man who works there with sunglasses, he is super friendly and sweet. That is the only reason I would go back again.

The firewood burnt well. My succulent is thriving. The ladies at the counter were wonderful! Looking forward to going there on a regular for firewood.

This nursery sent garish red, yellow, and pink flowers in substitution for a white & purple sympathy bouquet that was out of stock. After I arranged through 1-800flowers to have something more appropriate delivered, a woman from the nursery called my bereaved friend and gave her a talking to about how the flowers provided had been β€œupgrades.” In a hostile, nasty tone. My friend reminded the woman that she was not the customer, only the recipient. Then the woman told her she has to give the flowers back, that the nursery would come tomorrow (a Saturday) to pick them up. I complained to 1-800flowers, and they apparently quashed the recall demand. Very disappointing experience all around. Update: This place actually sent a young delivery person (w/ poor customer service skills) to take back the yellow and red bouquet from my bereaved friend today. I am beside myself, cannot believe how she has been treated by a florist who must routinely provide sympathy arrangements. Just asked for a 1-800 flowers supervisor to cancel the replacement order, as I do not want my friend to have any more exposure to this nasty place. Finally, I cannot help but wonder if my friend would have gotten the
